Casa Bella Gold Association

Casa Bella Gold houses 4,660 flats spread over 13 societies.

• Seven of 19 stories viz., Elitra, Platina, Europa, Maxima, Utopia, Vertica &Sophistica
• And Six of 8 stories viz., Crestia, Primia, Spectra, Alura, Venezia & Magniferra
• Plus some shops/ commercial establishments.

These societies have come together and formed an Association (2 societies are yet to join).

With the builder vacating the premises, running the common operations & assets is the primary focus.

The CBG Association structure is as under:

• General Body: 207 members (Managing Committee members of 13 societies)
• Managing Committee: 39 members (Chairman, Secretary & Treasurer* of the 13 societies)
• Office Bearers: 13 members (One each from the 13 societies)

*Societies have an option to nominate any authorized member in-lieu of CST, if they desire so.
