Off the 13 clusters in Casa Bella Gold, 3 clusters were offered by the builder as “Aura” clusters or the premium clusters. And these are Maxima, Utopia & Vertica.
These Aura clusters are provided with a mini club which is housed in Utopia cluster and lays between Utopia & Maxima clusters. The builder did not collect any specific amounts for this and offered it to the 888 members (3 societies together) as a privilege.
This facility is equipped with swimming pool, two tread mills, weights, cycle, indoor games & lawn.
These 3 societies have come together and formed an Association by name
“Club Aura Gold CHS Association Limited” (CAGCHSAL).
With the builder vacating the premises, keeping this Club Aura operational and running the same is the agenda of this association.
The CAGCHSAL structure is as under:
- General Body: 47 members (Managing Committee members of 3 societies)
- Managing Committee: 15 members (5 MC members* each from 3 societies)
- Office Bearers: 6 members (Two each from 3 societies)
*Societies have an option to nominate any authorized member in-lieu of MC, if they desire so.
